Each professional is responsible for the individual requirements as stipulated by his/her licensing agency. Please contact your individual licensing board/regulatory agency to review continuing education requirements for licensure renewal. Please note: You must attend "live" (in real-time) for the duration of the training to earn CE credits.

This educational activity is intended for an interprofessional audience of healthcare providers, including psychologists, social workers, counselors, MFT's, nurses, medical doctors, and dietitians.

Joint Accreditation

In support of improving patient care, CE Learning Systems is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Commission on Dietetic Registration

Completion of this RD/DTR profession-specific or IPCE activity awards CPEUs (1 IPCE credits = 1 CPEU). If the activity is dietetics related but not targeted to RDs or DTRs, CPEUs may be claimed which are commensurate with participation in contact hours (1 hour/60 minutes = 1 CPEU). RDs and DTRs are to select activity type 102 in their Activity Logs. Performance Indicator selection is at the learner’s discretion.

Physicians (ACCME) Credit Designation Statement

Event Learning Objectives

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment goals that address medical stabilization, nutritional rehabilitation, and behavioral recovery.
Identify common co-occurring medical complications and diagnoses associated with eating disorders, and formulate appropriate management plans.
Apply a “Nutrition First” framework to support medical and psychological stabilization through renourishment, understanding that cognitive recovery follows physiological recovery.
Integrate strategies to empower caregivers as active partners in supporting meal completion, emotional regulation, and recovery consistency.
Describe appropriate outpatient medical monitoring practices, including vital signs, laboratory evaluations, and cardiac assessments.
Identify at least two essential ways that integrating family-centered care at higher levels of treatment strengthens discharge planning and lays the foundation for sustained, long-term recovery in the outpatient setting.

Transfer Policy

Transferability:

Registrations are transferable to another training date. Fees transferred to another training date are valid for up to 365 days from the original date of purchase. Fees that are not used within 365 days will become void and non refundable. Registration may only be transferred once per purchase. Transfers must be requested prior to the date of training. Transfers will not be permitted after the training has occurred.
